So here's the deal. Getting "juiced" involves the injection of sterile, medical grade, inert silicone oil into the free space of the scrotum between the testes and the scrotal wall. Over a short period of time, the silicone becomes encapsulated with collagen, a fibrous tissue generated by your body's defense system, resulting in a permanent mass in your sac.
Some guys will have silicone injected under the skin of their penis (outside of the cavernosum) to add girth - and some guys will do both! Either of these procedures can definitely add size and weight to your junk on a permanent basis.
Sounds hot, right? Well.. yeah, but.. There are a few caveats, and things you need to know:

THis is dangerous
We have a page on this site that outlines just how dangerous committing to this change can be. And believe me, it IS a change requiring adaptations to other facets of your life. Getting juiced is NOT a decision to be made lightly, or without very careful consideration of it's life-long effects. They're not always positive!
this is permanent
Well, duh. When we say "permanent" we mean, the rest of your life. This will alter the size and style of your underwear and pants just to be comfortable on a daily basis. Some guys think this is hot! It can be for a minute, until you realize you have a client meeting the next day at work, and you're going to have to hide this somehow. How about when you visit the family? Your friends? How about your sweetie? Will she/he be just as into your juiced junk as you are? Relationships have been lost over this, so talk it over with your partner LONG before making the decision. Your body may grow more collagen around the silicone than you expect, and suddenly you're bigger than you wanted to be. Are you ready to deal with that for the rest of your life?
There is no guarantee of the shape, consistency or size of the finished product
Once the silicone is in a body, the body's defense mechanisms kick into gear to isolate the foreign material and protect the body from it. The challenge here is that there is no guarantee of what shape or finished size you'll end up with. It's almost guaranteed that within 3 weeks of administration, the silicone mass will be encapsulated by the body, and will be in some strange shape, different than what you intended! You can massage the mass during that first month to try and influence the final shape, but again, there's just no gaurantees to be made, and if you end up with a strangely shaped sack, then it is what it is. There are ways to deal with this, and we'll discuss that in a minute.
Can it be removed later if i want?
Yes, the silicone mass can be surgically removed if desired. It basically requires a surgeon open the scrotum, and essentially scrape the silicone off the walls. I've seen estimates of around $10,000 USD to have a surgery like this done. So like we said, this is permanent folks, so make your decision carefully.
How can I influence the final shape?
There are a few ways you can effect the shape of the silicone mass during encapsulation, and after it's done. Taking a hot bath, and while it's warm and soft, massage any lumps that may have formed. Massaging repeatedly over a period of days or weeks can possible help reduce the lump. There's also a doctor in LA that has an injection he can give that dissolves the encapsulation around the silicone, allowing the lump to redistribute more evenly. Obviously, there's a cost for that too.
Some guys figure that they'll just add more silicone around the oddly shape parts to "even it out". This can be successful to a degree, but it can also likely mean more encapsulation, and ultimately, it makes you bigger. Sounds hot? Well, remember the bigger you get, the harder to hide in every day life.

Where can I learn more?
About the only place you can find additional online resources are in Discord servers. Get educated where you can, talk with other siliconed guys if you can find them, and find resources before making your decision.
