Beyond the basic info, some guys want the really in-depth details involved. We'll try to address some of those questions here:
I've heard there are different grades/viscosities used?
Technically yes, there are a couple of different viscosities (thickness) of silicone that can get injected into the body. The lighter, more fluid stuff gets used on your junk, while the thicker/heavier stuff is used more often in other body parts. Can they use the thicker stuff on your boys? Sure.. but there are other issues that can arise, so one must be careful. You likely won't have any control over what viscosity is sold to you, or injected by the doctor. Ultimately, it doesn't matter - they all do the same job.
What kind of texture change can I expect?
That's completely dependent upon how the body encapsulates the silicone. Some guys end up with a mass that feels like a sack full of pea gravel. Other guys have a texture that's much more smooth. Massaging the area during encapsulation can help mitigate some of that texture, but again, there are no guarantees in this field!
I've seen pics of some guys juiced junk covered in veins. Is that normal?
Once again this will depend on the guy. Some guys have more veins closer to the surface of the skin, and these might get "pushed out" more by the silicone mass in conjunction with a stretching of the skin. This is generally harmless though, but one should keep an eye on these to be sure no other symptoms crop up indicating medical attention.
Will the silicone float freely, or make a "ball"?
Most guys will tell you that their first dose or two wind up creating something of a mass in their sac that doesn't resemble a "ball" really. In some it can just be a "slab" or sometimes a strange shape completely! Massage after a warm bath in the first couple of weeks to help shape that mass will help, as well as aid in preventing the formation of "lumps". If you're one of those guys who doesn't create much collagen, then you may perpetually just have a bigger "floppy" sac, without any "balls" noticeable. Keep that in mind.
how much silicone can I take at once?
The general rule is no more than 100 in either the penis or scrotum at a time. There's a really good reason for this!!! It can take up to 4 weeks for your body to finish encapsulating the silicone. During this time, the shape can change (though you can try to mediate the shape with daily massage), and the encapsulation itself can actually add size as it wraps the silicone in fibrous tissue. Some guys say you can expect anywhere between 10 to 50% additional size just from encapsulation!
With these kinds of unknowns, it's best to do 100ccs, and then let encapsulation complete so you have an idea of what your actual size is when it is done, and where you might need to touch up or add on if desired. Then wait another month, etc. Patience is key and absolutely necessary! Taking more in a single dose increases the chance the encapsulated shape when done will be undesirable, plus this is a huge strain on your body!

Something to know about prednisone
Prednisone is prescribed to reduce inflammation in the body. One of the side effects of this to a guy who has silicone is that the encapsulation that surrounds his silicone becomes reduced. What's important to know is that once the steroid is stopped, the encapsulation restarts - and the user will have to spend the next few weeks massaging and molding these fibrous tissues to try and maintain a "natural" shape again.
What can i expect if i want to inject my dick?
Things will definitely be different for you and your dick from then on! It's important to know that the silicone goes right under the skin, *around* the shaft. This is a pretty loose space, and it's hard to predict what the final shape will be as the silicone adheres to the skin on the inside. It *won't* be perfectly even, and will most likely end up lumpy. This will require additional injections to try and even things out. If you have less than 6" when erect, then it's a good chance your penis will seem even smaller, as it will definitely be thicker. Also, if you plan to have silicone added to your nuts, you may want to do your dick first, otherwise your sac will take over that space, making the shaft of your dick actually shorter! Lastly, the silicone will firm up after a while, and may play havoc with how things flow - meaning trying to pee with a normal stream could become compromised. You may have to get used to peeing while sitting down to be sure it doesn't spray everywhere!
Lastly, be aware that the silicone/collagen mass around your dick will permanently be squishy. Imagine one of those silicone strokers you can buy to jerk off with. That's what it feels like, just under your skin. Even though you can get hard like normal, it will never feel hard in your hand (or anywhere else).
