Where can i get the silicone?
As much as it pains us to say it, we can't share that information with you here. You need to interact with other juiced guys, ask questions, and do research before you're ready to get your hands on the goods. Please visit the Resources page on this site to learn more about how to interact with other juiced men.
I've decided to get juiced. how much should I have injected?
That's completely up to the individual. Some size pigs decide to get so big that it's physically impossible to hide from the public, and they totally get off on that. Others decide only to get a little bit so enjoy being bigger, but only in an intimate setting. Ultimately, it's generally recommended to get dosed with 100cc injections at a time, no more. You MUST go slow with dosage, and allow the body to adjust accordingly. We get that it's painful to have to wait, and take it slow, and do multiple trips - but trust us when we say that hundreds of guys have gone through this process, and the advice is always the same.
How do I choose clothing after my injection?
This is probably one of the most innocuous questions someone could ask about this process - but, it's an important one as it has an impact on your professionalism, daily comfort or dating life should you decide to get silicone done.
For underwear, we recommend a few different brands: Obviously, SAXX and Andrew Christian's "Almost Naked" or "Trophy Boy" lines. These all have significant stretch and pouches that support siliconed junk. PLEASE NOTE: One should NOT wear any of these however, until AFTER the silicone has settled, and encapsulation is complete. You don't want ANY pressure on your junk while the silicone is settling, or you're likely to end up with an oddly shaped package.
For pants, the general rule is to be aware of how much juice you have, and size up your jeans accordingly. If you've got 200-300ccs or higher, we suggest buying jeans 2 sizes larger than you normally would. You'll have to wear a belt to hold them up, but your package will be much more comfortable.
If you need to wear slacks for any reason (work, church, etc), then we suggest you invest in compression shorts, the kind athletes wear to keep their junk in place. These definitely constrict the package, but it'll help hide it all in slacks that drape. The caveat here is that once you get to 300ccs or larger, the chances you can hide that bulge, even with compression shorts, becomes more challenging. Ultimately, it may mean you have to wear a button-down shirt, untucked, to hide everything.

How often can I get dosed?
The general rule of thumb is 3 to 4 weeks at a minimum between injections. Allow the body to complete encapsulation of the last dose before having another. Go slow, take it easy, and you'll have the best success. It's tough to be patient, we get that. Slow and easy wins the race in this case. You may want to be huge NOW, but go easy. You have your entire life to get big.
Where can I have the procedure done?
There is only one doctor's office IN THE WORLD currently known where silicone has been known to be administrated. The real down side, is because the procedure is illegal in most of the world, you can't get it done here in the US. There used to be practitioners in the UK and Germany, but both have quit this practice, no doubt for legal and liability reasons. If you want to know more about where to find these current practitioners, please visit the Resources page on this site, and go connect with other guys who can educate you further.
I've been a pumper / saline or dex infuser. Can I get juiced for permanent size?
The easy answer is "yes" - however, there is a caveat! If you're a pumper, you MUST wait at least a month or two after your silicone dose before you get back to pumping. Otherwise it can have a negative impact on storage and shape of the silicone in your junk. Let encapsulation complete, and then you can gently pump again. Aggressive pumping can cause issues as well, so take it easy on your boys. You also have to wait 4-6 weeks after your last pump before the doctor will give you an injection. The tissues must be in their normal, natural state to reduce as many risks as possible.
If you've infused saline /dex before, then you can certainly do silicone should you decide to do so. However, you MUST wait at least 4-6 weeks after your last infusion before getting your first dose of silicone. The doctor WILL refuse your injection if he feels like you've aggravated those tissues with pumping or infusion too recently. That's a lot of wasted time and money!

once I've had silicone added, can I continue to infuse saline/dex?
This is a huge NO! The initial issue is that the combination of the two compounds mixing in your sack may displace the silicone if not yet encapsulated, resulting in a strange shape! Plus, any needle you insert going forward carries with it a risk of infection. If you introduce bacteria while doing an infusion, there's a chance that infection will get caught up in the silicone, and no amount of antibiotics will be able to reach the infection and kill it off. The only way to remove the infection at that point is via surgical removal of your silicone. That's thousands of dollars, a lot of pain and wasted effort. Try explaining THAT medical leave to your boss!!
What does it feel like?
This can be fairly different for every guy. It's pretty common that once encapsulation is done (3-4 weeks in), the silicone mass is fairly dense - kind of like hard rubber. Some guys wind up with a softer mass, but that's dependent upon the guy, how much silicone he has, and if he has massage it at all during encapsulation. One this is for sure, it does NOT feel like a "water balloon" like a lot of guys have had with pumping or saline.
It's also important to note that for most guys, any silicone injected under the skin of their penis will tend to bond to the skin, creating what essentially feels like a soft rubber sheath around your dick. It does NOT typically become firm, and so it won't typically help keep a guy "extended" nor help with insertion, if they have ED kinds of issues.

Can I do some sort of test run to see what being juiced is like?
Kind of. If you're a big time pumper or saline infuser, then you know what living with a larger package can be like - temporarily. Getting siliconed is similar, except that it's with you for the rest of your life! You eventually get used to it being there (it's not a special sensation anymore) until someone wants to play with it! You know it's there for sure then! For those who have never pumped or done saline, just fill a sock with rice and stick it down the front of your shorts. Wear that around in every day life for a few hours and see how it feels and works for you.
Is it painful?
This is again one of those things that's different for everyone. Needles are involved, so you must be OK with that. The needle is a minor discomfort however as long as needles themselves don't bother you. The silicone is inert, and there's no actual pain associated with the administration as long as it's done by a knowledgeable practitioner. If not, then all bets are off! There may be some slight discomfort in the tissues for the first few days while things stretch to accommodate the new mass.
Can I do my balls only, and not my cock? Can I do the cock alone later?
Yes, absolutely. In fact, a lot of guys prefer to get their balls done ONLY the first time around. Then later they might choose to add to their sac, and then have their cock done at the same time. Later they may choose to add to their cock only. It's completely up to you.
It should be known though that some guys believe you should do your cock FIRST, because there's a chance that if you do your balls alone first, you may run the risk of your ball sack over taking the skin around the base of your cock, thus merging the two together and visually “shrinking” your cock. By doing your cock first it’s more likely that your cock will remain looking separated from the ball sack. If you have a larger, hanging sac, then this isn't as much of a concern.

I've read about "migration". What is this and how do you avoid it?
Migration is the phenomenon where the injected silicione oil moves around inside the body. It's not uncommon that after getting injected into the scrotum, any pressure on the scrotum (like tight undies) will squeeze the free silicone up into the shaft of your dick, or worse, into the pelvic area. This can be an issue because unmitigated, it will encapsulate in these other areas making for strange lumps that are PERMANENT!
To avoid this situation, most guys will wear a gentle, rubber cockring around the part that was injected to hold the silicone in place. A word of warning however, only wear the cock ring for a few days! If you keep it in place after that, the silicone can wind up encapsulating in the shape it was with the cock ring on, and look permanently "dented" in that shape. You can try to fix that by massaging it later, or adding more - but that just adds to more issues along with more size.

Why do some guys appear to develop "lumps" in their silicone?
Some guys do develop slight lumps in their tissues as encapsulation completes. This is fairly normal as silicone will go where it wants, and we only have a limited amount of control over how it settles. Gentle massaging after a hot bath can help mitigate these lumps of collagen and even them out, and massaging immediately after injection and during the encapsulation period can help prevent much in the way of lumps to begin with.
Injection silicone into your sac can make your dick smaller!
I know what you're thinking: How can injecting silicone into my sac affect my dick? The simple and honest answer is that the bigger your sac gets, the more space it takes up inside your body. This reduces the amount of tissue space available for your dick, so it looks shorter. Also, if you inject silicone under the skin of your penis, it WILL get thicker, which can make it look shorter too. If you're a guy with a 6" penis, and you want to inject tons of silicone into your junk, be aware that it's going to look (and be) pretty short when you're done! If you don't have a long dong, go easy on the juice boys!
What if I get tired of being juiced?
This is a great question! Yeah, the idea of being "big" is exciting to a lot of guys, but let's admit it - it can become something of a bother to live with. It can change what you have to wear, how you sit, how you walk not to mention how you have sex! Sometimes juiced guys just wish they could be "normal" sized again to make things easier. The only way to do that is via surgery, so be sure you're ready to go down this path once you've started!
Can i still have sex / get an erection?
Absolutely. In fact, a lot of guys find getting a hard-on is actually easier because they're excited by their size - or their partner is. Since the silicone is injected into "external spaces" (just under the skin in the cock or balls), it doesn't affect how your plumbing works for regular sex acts. Depending upon how much juice you take, it *can* make your dick shorter, so guys with "average" or shorter schlongs may want to think twice about getting a ton of silicone in their cock or balls.
It certainly won't reduce your sex drive or jizz load, but depending on how much silicone is injected into the sac, it might affect sperm count, for any couple looking to get pregnant.
